By installing, accessing, or using the Gemini AI Image Watermark Remover browser extension (the "Extension"), our website gremover.extensionfox.com, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Extension is a browser tool that removes watermarks from AI-generated images. It supports two modes:
gemini.google.com, which detects images and provides one-click downloads of the watermark-removed version;All watermark removal is performed 100% locally inside your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Services.

We reserve the right to adjust quotas, features, and pricing at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or via email.
The Extension and all related intellectual property are the property of Extension Fox. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products, nor may you copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Extension except as permitted by applicable law.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to remove watermarks from any image you process. You agree not to:
Extension Fox is a tool provider and does not endorse or take responsibility for how users choose to use the Extension. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Support and automatic product updates are provided for the term defined by your subscription and based on the date of purchase. After the subscription has expired, a new subscription is required to continue receiving support and product updates. Support is available via help[at]extensionfox.com.
Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment providers Stripe and Paddle, which act as Merchants of Record for all orders. Stripe and Paddle handle all customer service inquiries related to billing, taxes, invoices, and chargebacks.
Money Back Guarantee. We provide a 7-day money back guarantee from the moment of purchase. If you have any irresolvable issues getting the Extension to work or if you're unhappy with it, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the subscription management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain Pro access until then.
Extension Fox may occasionally send you email notifications related to your service. These transactional emails may include notification of changes to our Terms, license or subscription expiration notices, payment receipts, and other transactional emails related to your account.
Extension Fox reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Any price change will be reflected on gremover.extensionfox.com. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect on renewal. In the event that a price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference from the time you purchased the service.
We will not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processors (Stripe and Paddle) and infrastructure service providers strictly necessary to operate the Services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Extension and/or deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTENSION FOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
